Ingredients
- 70 g courgette
- 70 g apples
- 5 g raisins
- 30 g precooked hard wheat durum
- 20 g veal liver
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Insert the pre-cooked wheat into the rice cooking bowl with 45 ml of water. Insert it into the cooking steamer, fill it up with water to the 3rd level mark and cook. Peel the courgette, wash it and dice it. Peel and cut the apples in a similar fashion and cut the liver into small pieces as well. Put the courgette with apples, liver and raisins into the steam cooker, fill it up with water to the third level mark and cook as well. Put all the cooked ingredients into a blender, add oil and pepper and mix it thoroughly. You can adjust the recipe according to your baby’s taste or according to your fridge leftover supplies from the previous meal. You can for example add potatoes or substitute wheat for buckwheat or rice.
