No, you can simply visit our store in person. You can find all of our products on display there.

Shipping

When will my shipment arrive?

Orders accepted until 4 pm are shipped out that same day and delivered on the following work day if the product ordered is available. If the product isn't available at the moment, we'll immediately inform you by email or by phone and set a delivery date or offer you a similar product.

How much will I pay for shipping?

You will see the shipping cost displayed in your shopping cart once you add your product. During promotions, shipping is free if your order is above a certain price.

Where will the courier deliver my order?

The delivery will be delivered to the shipping address that you entered during your order. The courier will usually deliver the package to the first front door.

I made two or more separate orders. Can you join them together and send them as one shipment, so that I only pay for shipping once?

Yes, we will join your orders if the previous order was not sent to your address yet.

Can a person receive the package if they are not the addressee?

Yes, of course. Any person appointed by you may receive the package even if they are not the addressee. You simply need to inform the courier by phone about who and when will be receiving the package.

How long will the courier keep my package?

The courier will keep your package for 5 days. If the package isn't claimed by that time, it will be sent back to us.

Product Returns

What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?

If you notice that your package is damaged, you should immediately fill out a shipping damage protocol with the courier who delivered it. You should then inform us by e-mail that your package was damaged upon delivery.

Will the receipt be enough to return the product?

Yes, a receipt will be enough.

Where can I have my product repaired within the warranty?

You should always contact us for warranty repairs.

How do I use my discount coupon or voucher?

The code on a coupon or voucher may only be used once. The code is considered as used only after the order is submitted.
