You can search for goods in our e-shop simply by choosing the category, age of the child or even by the manufacturer’s brand. If you have a clearer idea about what you want to purchase, feel free to use the option to search by the product name or type.

Why should you create an account

The registration at our e-shop takes only a couple of seconds and will significantly speed up and simplify your current and future creation of orders. Click on the top right “Log in/Register” button in order to register and fill in your personal data. They will be used for the execution of the order and the creation of a purchase document, an invoice. Your data are secure with us and we respect your privacy. We do not provide information to third parties.

The registration is not compulsory for the creation of an order, but you will save time on future orders. At the same time, you will be informed about current special offers, gifts which go with the purchase and new products.

How to log in

You can log in to your account by clicking on the top right “Login/Register” button, fill in your log in name and password and click on the “Login” button. You can also log in during the ordering process itself, in the section Delivery Information

How to acquire a discount code

You can acquire it by following our e-shop or via Facebook. The discount code validity is limited by the offer.

You can enter the code during the creation of the order and can use it only once. The discount code is considered to be used only when the order is submitted for processing. Enter the discount code during the first step of the creation of the order.

How to find out about the availability of goods in stock

In the product preview you can see whether the product is in stock. In rare cases, for example during the pre-Christmas period, it is possible that multiple customers purchase the same goods and we run out of stock. You can even check the current state by calling our phone number +421 944 627 725.

How to pay

Several methods can be used to pay in our e-shop: transfer to a bank account, payment by card on-line or in cash via mail order or during personal collection. You will choose your payment method during the creation of the order where postage is automatically calculated.

I want to return goods, what should I do?

Checking the shipment

Check your shipment upon receipt. Do not accept visibly damaged goods and write down a damage protocol with the courier. Please send us an e-mail afterwards specifying that a damaged shipment has been delivered to you. Please check the contents of the delivered shipment immediately or not later than 24 hours after the receipt. Missing parts or internally damaged goods shall be immediately reported to the seller via email info@trendy-mama.sk, or by phone +421 944 627 725. A warranty claim based on incompleteness or damaged goods after this period will not be accepted.

Withdrawal from contract

As the purchaser – consumer you can withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days from the receipt of goods as defined in Article 1(7) of Law No 102/2014 Coll. More information about the withdrawal from contract and the procedure can be found at Withdrawal from contract.

Warranty claims

The warranty period begins with the receipt of goods and lasts 24 months during which the goods can be part of a warranty claim. For more information about the conditions of warranty claims, please read the Warranty regulations. Use the Warranty claim form to speed up the execution of your warranty claim.
