Exotic kiwi fruit, banana and spinach smoothie

Have your children reached an age when they can try something exotic from time to time? Please their taste buds with this green kiwi fruit, banana, spinach smoothie. You will provide them with an extra portion of not only necessary antioxidants, which will strengthen their immune system during spring, but also with fibre and potassium thanks to the banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • ½ banana
  • 2 kiwi fruits

Preparation

As with the majority of smoothies, the preparation is very simple. First of all, put the washed spinach into the steam cooker, fill it up with water to the 2nd level mark and let it steam cook. Insert the cooked spinach together with the banana and kiwi fruit into a blender and mix it thoroughly, if needed, add water. All done!
