Shipping Method

Shipping by Courier

We normally use the Geis courier services to deliver your shipment. In addition to interesting discounts, we also try to guarantee favorable shipping charges. 

Your order is delivered directly to you at the address you have entered as your billing address or the address you have specified as a delivery address. Cash on delivery courier shipments can only be paid directly to the courier in cash.

Picking Up Your Shipment in Person

It is possible to pick up your order in person on the same day you have submitted the order. You can pick up your product in our store at Areál Istrochem, Vajnorská 127/C, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovakia, GPS entrance: 48°10'46.4"N 17°09'05.3"E. The product will be ready for you to pick up for 7 days, starting on the day you placed your order, and you can pick it up during business days from 8 am to 4 pm. If this time is inconvenient for you, it is possible to arrange a special time by phone or by text message. When you pick up your order in person, you will only pay for the product. We will not charge you the shipping cost or any other charges.

Shipping Prices

The fee for courier is 10 €*.

*The above prices only apply for ordinary shipments if the entire order is sent as a single shipment. If the order is divided and sent as several individual shipments, the final cost may be higher. This applies only when the customer requests to have his order split into individual shipments. If the order is split by the seller, shipping is always free. The shipping costs are shown including VAT.

Product Dispatch

95% of our products are usually in stock. Your order is therefore dispatched after it has been received and processed, no later than 24 – 48 hours, or the next business day. In the case of a longer waiting time, we will contact you.

  • Products that are in stock, ordered on a business day until 3 pm, are usually shipped on that same day and can be expected to arrive on the next working day or within 48 hours.
  • Orders received on business days after 3 pm, on a weekend or a public holidays within the Slovak Republic shall be dispatched on the first following business day.

Delivery Time

After your order is dispatched to the carrier, the shipment shall be delivered to you from 8 am to 6 pm on business days. We are unable to influence the exact time of the delivery, so we would hereby like to advise you to have your shipments sent to a place where you are able to easily receive them, e.g. to your workplace.

On the day of your shipment's dispatch, we will send you an e-mail from the e-mail address shipment@trendy-mama.com with the following information: number of your shipment, the net sum to be paid to the courier for the shipment, and a link to the Geis courier service web page which will allow you to track your shipment. Please, be ready to claim your shipment once it arrives or ask someone else to claim it for you and inform the Geis courier service about the change via phone at 18181. Unfortunately, the courier will not be able to wait for you if you are not ready to claim your shipment.


Accepted Payment Methods

Online Payment

Shopping with us is easy. With the development of internet banking, the entire payment process has been shortened to a minimum. Online payments using the GoPay Payment Gateway allow you to use your credit or debit card to pay directly to our bank account within only a few seconds. This speeds up the delivery of your product and you do not have to bother with cash on delivery payments.

Payment by Bank Transfer

If you aren't in a hurry to receive your product, you can also pay via classic bank transfer. Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an invoice with all the necessary bank transfer details. In the case of bank transfer payments, the delivery time is extended by the time required to calculate the transaction and process the payment. We shall send the shipment only after your payment is credited to our bank account. The bank transfer usually takes 2 – 3 days.

Cash on Delivery

If you wish to pay in cash while receiving your shipment, select the Cash on Delivery option. Your order will be sent to you using the Geis courier service. The courier will deliver the shipment directly to your address. Before the shipment is delivered, a time of delivery will be arranged through a telephone call. When choosing the cash on delivery payment option, you pay the courier directly while receiving your shipment. Payment is possible only in cash.

Cash Payment

Do you prefer a cash payment or want to see the product in person beforehand? Cash payments in our store are only available if you come and pick up your order in person at our store in Bratislava, Nové Mesto. We will send you additional information on how to find us via e-mail upon confirmation of your order or you can find our address in the Contact section.

If you have selected to receive your shipment via courier service, you can track your shipment online on the website of the Geis courier service.

All you need to do is enter your order number into the first field in the Shipment Tracking section and you will be shown the date and time of your shipment's arrival. We have sent you your order number during product dispatch from the shipment@trendy-mama.com email address. If the date of time is inconvenient for you, you can call the Geiss hotline and ask for another delivery date. If the courier cannot reach you, they will deliver the shipment the following day.
